Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Crew Person to provide guests with a positive experience by preparing quality food and keeping the restaurant clean and safe. You will work at assigned stations, ensure hot, quality products, and follow established standards for food safety and sanitation.

Applicants should be at least 16 years old, enrolled in high school or have a diploma, have reliable transportation, and be able to work flexible hours possibly including opening or closing shifts.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent preferable.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest service at assigned station(s) and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Prepare quality food products according to standards and recipes.
• Keep station clean, stocked, and organized; assist with other duties as needed.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures at all times.
• Follow cash handling guidelines and assist with minimizing costs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Perform other duties or special projects as business conditions require.
