Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Crew Person to ensure guests have a positive experience and to prepare quality food products according to standards. The role involves working at a station, keeping the area clean, and delivering products while maintaining safety and sanitation requirements.

The position requires the applicant to be at least 16 years old, have reliable transportation, and be able to work flexible hours including opening or closing shifts.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follows all Guest service guidelines and procedures to ensure guests receive SUPERSTAR Service.
• Works assigned station(s), cleans and stocks, and performs other duties as assigned.
• Prepares, packages and delivers products according to Menu Standards.
• Follows food safety, handling and sanitation requirements to protect guests and staff.
• Follows cash control guidelines to minimize restaurant costs and uses products and equipment properly.
• Demonstrates effective oral communication with internal and external contacts.
• Performs other duties or special projects as business conditions require.
