Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Crew Person to join our restaurant team, delivering a positive guest experience and ensuring quality food products are prepared to standards. You will maintain clean stations, handle packaging and delivery of products, and support safety and sanitation protocols in a fast-paced kitchen.

Ideal candidates are at least 16 years old, have reliable transportation, and can work flexible schedules, including opening or closing shifts.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provides guests with a positive experience and prepares quality products.
• Keeps station areas clean, stocked and organized; cleans as assigned.
• Ensures hot, quality products are prepared, packaged and delivered per Menu Standards.
• Follows food safety, handling and sanitation requirements to ensure health and safety.
• Adheres to cash control guidelines to minimize costs and uses supplies effectively.
• Communicates effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Performs other duties and/or special projects as needed.
