Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Crew Person to provide guests with a positive experience by preparing quality food and keeping the restaurant clean and safe. You will handle food products per standards and assist with packaging and delivery of products according to menu guidelines.

In this role you must be at least 16, be enrolled in or have a high school diploma, have reliable transportation, and be ready to work flexible hours, including opening or closing shifts.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provides guests with a positive experience by following service guidelines and ensuring Superstar Service.
• Works assigned stations, cleans and stocks areas, and performs other cleaning duties as needed.
• Ensures hot, quality products according to menu standards and handles packaging and delivery as required.
• Follows food safety, handling, and sanitation procedures to protect guests and employees.
• Adheres to cash control guidelines and uses products, supplies, and equipment responsibly.
• Communicates effectively with internal and external contacts.
