Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Crew Person to deliver a positive dining experience by preparing quality foods and keeping the restaurant clean, safe, and welcoming for guests and staff.

You will work at assigned stations, follow menu standards, and assist with opening or closing duties while adhering to safety, sanitation, and cash-control guidelines.

Must be at least 16 years old, enrolled in high school (diploma preferred), have reliable transportation, and be available for flexible shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Company Guest service guidelines to ensure SUPERSTAR service.
• Work assigned station(s), clean and stock the station area(s); perform other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Ensure guests receive hot, quality products; prepare, package and deliver products according to Menu Standards.
• Handle all food products according to company procedures; follow food safety, handling and sanitation requirements.
• Follow company cash control guidelines to minimize restaurant costs; properly use products, supplies, equipment and facilities.
• Demonstrate oral communication skills; communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions.
