Job summary

Ultipro is hiring a Crew Person to deliver a positive guest experience, prepare quality food, and keep the restaurant clean and safe. You will operate at assigned stations, ensure hot, quality products, and follow food safety guidelines while interacting professionally with guests and team members.

The role requires 16+ and school enrollment; reliable transportation and flexibility for varied shifts including openings/closings are needed.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a positive experience and maintain restaurant cleanliness.
• Prepare quality food products according to standards and menus.
• Follow food safety and sanitation requirements to ensure safety.
• Comply with cash handling guidelines and minimize restaurant costs.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Perform other duties or projects as required.
