Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Crew Person to support daily restaurant operations and guest service. You will prepare quality food products, keep stations clean, and work to ensure every guest has a positive experience. This role emphasizes safety, sanitation, and accurate food handling in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires age 16+, the ability to lift, flexibility for shifts, and reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled duties.

Qualifications

Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
Must have reliable transportation to work.
Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

Follows all Guest service guidelines and procedures; delivers SUPERSTAR service.
Works assigned station(s) accurately and productively; cleans and stocks the area.
Ensures guests receive hot, quality products; packages and delivers according to standards.
Handles all food products per company procedures; follows safety and sanitation requirements.
Follows cash control guidelines to minimize costs; uses products and equipment properly.
Demonstrates oral communication skills; communicates with internal and external contacts.
Performs other duties or projects as required.
