Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Crew Person to join our restaurant team. You will support day-to-day operations, prepare quality food items, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment for guests.

You will work at various stations, follow guest service guidelines, ensure hot, quality products, and assist with other duties as needed to meet business needs. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest with a positive experience and handle tasks at assigned station.
• Prepare quality food products according to standards and deliver to guests.
• Keep station and work areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
• Assist with cash handling and minimize restaurant costs according to guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with guests and coworkers; support team as needed.
• Perform other duties or special projects as required.
