Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our home-based Early Intervention team serving infants and toddlers. You will assess development and deliver OT services in families' homes and community settings, following IFSPs and coaching families to support goals.

Licensure in California is required; pediatric EI experience is preferred. Flexible scheduling and a supportive team environment are offered with potential mileage and stipend benefits.

Qualifications

• California Occupational Therapy license is required.
• Pediatric EI experience preferred.
• Experience with home-based service delivery favored.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide OT services using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Align with IFSP and collaborate with families to reach developmental goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregivers' confidence and generalize progress.
• Deliver services in the child’s natural environments and document progress.
