Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide home-based Early Intervention services to infants and toddlers and their families. Qualifications

• California Occupational Therapy license is required.
• Pediatric/early intervention experience preferred.
• Home-based service delivery experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide OT services using the family coaching model.
• Follow IFSP and collaborate with families to reach developmental goals.
• Use family-centred coaching to build caregiver confidence and generalize progress.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment and in community settings.
• Perform re-assessments and write progress reports (bi-annual).
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regs.
