Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking occupational therapists to provide home- and community-based Early Intervention services for infants and toddlers. You’ll assess development, follow IFSPs, coach families, and support children in their natural environments.

The role offers flexible schedules, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities to participate in a 401(k) plan while working with a supportive team across California.

Qualifications

• Pediatric experience in Early Intervention is required.
• Licensure as a California Occupational Therapist is required.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus in this role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide occupational therapy using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow each child’s IFSP and work with families to set goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and skills.
