Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to serve infants and toddlers in their homes and community settings, delivering Early Intervention services that align with each child's IFSP goals while coaching families.

The role supports flexible scheduling and travel between sessions within a supportive team environment. Ideal candidates hold a California OT license with pediatric EI experience and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• California Occupational Therapy license required.
• Pediatric experience preferred (Early Intervention).
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide OT services using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow IFSP and collaborate with families to reach developmental goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and generalize progress.
• Provide services in the child's natural environment (home, daycare, community).
• Provide reassessments and write progress reports bi-annual.
• Maintain confidentiality in line with HIPAA and regulations.
