Sunny Days of California, Inc. seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our home-based Early Intervention team serving infants and toddlers and their families.

You will conduct developmental assessments and provide therapy in the child’s natural environment, collaborating with families to meet IFSP goals. Qualifications

• California OT license is required.
• Pediatric EI experience preferred.
• Home-based service delivery experience preferred.
• Strong clinical & interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written & oral communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide occupational therapy services utilizing family-centered coaching.
• Follow each child’s IFSP and work with the family to develop strategies to meet developmental goals.
• Use family-centered parent coaching to build caregivers’ confidence and skills.
• Deliver services in the child’s natural environment (home, daycare, community settings).
• Provide re-assessments and write progress reports bi-annually.
• Maintain confidentiality in line with HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
