Excel Fitness in Roanoke Rapids, NC is seeking a part-time Member Service Representative Sub to fill in for shifts and support the team. You’ll welcome members, check them in, lead tours, and help with new account sign-ups while keeping the club clean and safe.

You’ll be on call for shift coverage, provide a high level of customer service, and escalate issues to the Assistant Manager as needed. This role emphasizes reliability and a positive, professional presence.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills; interact professionally with members and coworkers.
• Positive attitude and a friendly demeanor to enhance guest experience.
• Punctuality and reliability are required for shift coverage.
• Diplomacy and appropriate behavior/language in all interactions.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by filling in for shifts when needed.
• Be on call to assist with shift coverage and member check-ins.
• Check members into the system and assist with new member sign-ups.
• Guide tours for prospective members and help with account updates.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols throughout the club.
