Job summary

Excel Fitness in Virginia Beach is seeking a Member Services Rep Front Desk-Part Time to greet members, check in, and support daily club operations.

You will help with cleanliness, member inquiries, data entry on tablets and the POS system, and inventory/ promotions under supervision. CPR/AED certification is required before working alone, with training provided within the first 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/AED certification required before working alone; training provided within 30 days if needed.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and able to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS systems; familiarity with Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, manage check-ins, and support daily club operations.
• Monitor club cleanliness and atmosphere; ensure a safe environment for all members.
• Input and update member data into tablets and the POS system.
• Audit cash drawers daily and assist with inventory and promotions under supervision.
• Promote memberships and assist prospects and 신규 members as required.
