Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Processing Operator (Flex) in Utah to safely operate and support multiple processing positions within the Processing Team. You will rotate across positions, provide break relief, and support production schedules while maintaining food safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift heavy loads, and a strong commitment to safety and GMP practices. This position is scheduled on the PM Shift with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment and follow procedures.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting in a production environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and GMP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely set up, adjust, and operate processing equipment, including mixers, laminators, ovens, and scalers.
• Rotate across multiple processing positions, provide break relief, and support production schedules.
• May cover Utility Driver responsibilities when required.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas; complete production and operational documentation on time.
• Support preventive maintenance activities and ensure training coverage across shifts.
