Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Utah is seeking a Packaging Operator to safely set up, monitor and operate packaging equipment in a fast-paced facility. You will ensure food safety, quality and efficiency while following GMPs and company safety procedures.

You will rotate between stations, document production activities, and support maintenance and cross-training. Overtime, weekend work and flexible scheduling may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow GMPs, food safety and workplace safety rules.
• Team-oriented with good collaboration skills.
• Ability to complete production and operational documentation accurately.
• Willingness to rotate assignments and provide coverage.
• Flexibility for overtime, weekends, and varying schedules.

Responsibilities

• Safely set up, adjust, operate, and monitor packaging equipment to support daily production requirements.
• Operate packaging machinery including Elopak, Bosch, Nimco, Jones, SIG and WIP Coordinator.
• Rotate between workstations and provide relief coverage as needed.
• Monitor production processes and adjust equipment to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Complete production, quality and operational documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area following housekeeping standards.
• Support preventive maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability.
• Follow all food safety requirements and GMPs.
• Participate in training and cross-training to support flexibility.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and customer demands.
• Support overtime and schedule flexibility as business needs require.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision.
