Job summary

Landmark Credit Union in Wisconsin is seeking a Floating Teller to serve members with accuracy and courtesy across multiple branches.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Six months’ teller experience in a financial institution.
• Experience or ability to cross-sell from the teller line.
• Knowledge of savings products, benefits, and features.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving, organizational skills, and ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience or ability to gain proficiency in all programs and systems used for this job.
• Understanding of company policies and procedures and compliance with laws.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle to travel to branches.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly teller and related services to members with a balanced cash drawer daily.
• Cross-sell other services to members.
• Perform opening/closing duties as needed with supervisor on site.
• Perform overrides for other associates as needed.
• Verify checks and cash for accuracy.
• Balance the ATM as instructed.
• Accessing and balancing the vault if needed.
• Mentor or assist other associates when needed.
• Cross-train to help in other positions within the branch.
• Attend training at HQ or off-site locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
