Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and cash handling experience (financial institution experience preferred).
• Some sales or cross-selling experience helps you recommend solutions.
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to connect with people.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash and check transactions quickly and accurately.
• Keep drawer balanced daily.
• Engage with members using warm greetings and connection.
• Identify opportunities to recommend products and services to help members.
• Hit monthly referral goals by matching members with needs.
• Stay organized with reports, referrals, and balancing tasks.
• Follow security guidelines and protect cash drawer.
• Make outbound calls to stay connected with members as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates to support branch goals.
