Onset DNA is seeking a Field Business Development Representative to grow a network of referral partners in the Houston area. You will engage clinics, family law offices, immigration firms, churches, and community groups to drive client referrals for medical, paternity, and immigration DNA testing.

The role emphasizes face-to-face outreach, event representation, and aggressive territory growth. You will receive marketing materials, leads, and event access to support your efforts while operating

Qualifications

Experience in lab, medical, or wellness field sales preferred.
Ability to build and manage referral relationships in community settings.
Willingness to travel within a 25-mile radius and attend events.

Responsibilities

Prospect and secure new referral partners (clinics, law firms, churches, organizations).
Represent Onset DNA at health fairs, community events, and faith gatherings.
Distribute marketing materials to partner locations weekly.
Educate partners and clients on DNA testing purposes (medical, paternity, immigration).
Track leads, appointments, and conversions in the CRM (HubSpot).
Coordinate with DNA Collectors to ensure scheduling and custody compliance.
Meet monthly referral, account, and test targets.
