Job summary

Helping Hearts USA LLC is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to expand our presence across the United States. You will field-base operations, develop a robust referral network, and convert opportunities into new client admissions while collaborating with clinical and marketing teams.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, market research, and strategic partnerships with healthcare professionals and community partners to drive growth and mission impact.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in business development or healthcare sales.
• Established local referral network required.
• Proven lead generation, partnerships, and closing track record.
• Strong verbal/written/presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of sales terms, prospecting, nurture, and closing strategies.
• Comfort with cold calls, visits, presentations and events.
• Highly organized, dependable, coachable, detail-oriented.
• Able to manage a field-based territory independently.
• Access to smartphone and computer.
• Proficient with CRM, email, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
• Professional appearance and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Establish, nurture, and expand long-term referral relationships.
• Create partnerships that produce repeat referrals.
• Represent Helping Hearts at meetings and events.
• Develop and maintain a network of repeat home-care referrals.
• Identify prospective clients, referral sources, and business partners through market research and outreach.
• Meet or exceed referral, admission, revenue, and monthly service-hour goals.
• Collaborate with operations, scheduling, marketing, and leadership.
