Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver early intervention services to infants and toddlers in home and community settings.

You will conduct developmental assessments, provide therapy, and support families using a parent coaching model to enable progress in natural environments. Qualifications

• California Speech Language Pathology license is required.
• Pediatric experience in Early Intervention preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide speech therapy services using the Parent Coaching Model (Rush & Sheldon).
• Follow each child’s IFSP and collaborate with families to set developmental goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregivers’ confidence and translate progress to home settings.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment, including homes, daycare centers and community settings.
• Prepare re-assessments and write progress reports (typically bi-annual).
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
