Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking Speech Therapists to provide Early Intervention services to infants and toddlers in home and community settings across California. Join a multidisciplinary team offering developmental supports and family coaching to enhance child outcomes.

We offer flexible schedules, mileage reimbursement, a monthly tech stipend, medical benefits for part-time staff, and opportunities to participate in Sunny Days 401(k). Bilingual Spanish speakers are a plus.

Qualifications

• California Speech Language Pathology license is required.
• Pediatric EI experience preferred.
• Strong clinical & interpersonal skills required.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments, provide speech therapy services utilizing the Parent Coaching Model (Rush & Sheldon).
• Follow each child’s IFSP and work with the family to develop strategies to help each child reach goals.
• Utilize the family-centered parent coaching approach to build caregivers’ confidence and skills.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment, in families’ homes, daycare centers and/or community settings.
• Provide re-assessments and write progress reports (typically bi-annual).
• Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families (HIPAA/state/federal regulations).
