Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to provide home-based early intervention services for infants, toddlers, and their families across California.

You will work in children’s natural environments, including homes, daycare centers, and community settings, with flexible schedules and locations of your choice. Responsibilities include conducting developmental assessments, delivering speech therapy using parent coaching, and ensuring progress aligns with IFSP

Qualifications

• California Speech Language Pathology license is required.
• Pediatric experience in Early Intervention preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide speech therapy using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow IFSPs and work with families to develop progress strategies.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and skills.
• Provide services in the child's natural environment including homes and community settings.
• Perform re-assessments and write progress reports bi-annually.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and applicable regulations.
