Qualifications

• California Speech Language Pathology license required.
• Pediatric EI experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills; bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide speech therapy services using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow each child’s IFSP and develop strategies with the family to reach developmental goals.
• Utilize family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and ensure progress generalization.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment (homes, daycare centers, community settings).
• Write progress reports bi-annually and maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
