Job summary

Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services Inc. seeks licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to provide home-based EI services for infants and toddlers in California. You’ll assess, treat, and coach families in their natural environments across multiple settings.

Responsibilities include implementing IFSP goals, writing progress reports, and collaborating with families for meaningful outcomes. A flexible schedule, mileage reimbursement, and benefits for eligible part-time staff are offered.

Qualifications

• California Speech Language Pathology license required.
• Pediatric experience with Early Intervention preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills essential.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide speech therapy services.
• Follow each child’s IFSP and collaborate with families to set goals.
• Use family-centered parent coaching to build caregiver confidence.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment (homes, daycare, community).
• Write progress reports and perform re-assessments bi-annually.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
