Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to provide Early Intervention services to infants and toddlers in their homes and community settings across California.

You will assess development, design IFSP-based goals, and coach families using the parent coaching model. The role offers flexible scheduling, a competitive hourly rate ($65–$75), mileage reimbursement, a monthly tech stipend, and benefits for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• California Speech Language Pathology license required.
• Pediatric early intervention experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide speech therapy services using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow IFSP and collaborate with families to develop goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and skills.
• Provide services in the child's natural environment, homes, daycare centers or other community settings.
• Write progress reports bi-annually and maintain confidentiality.
