Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking Speech Therapists for home-based Early Intervention services across California. You will assess infants and toddlers, provide targeted speech therapy, and collaborate with families to support developmental goals in the child’s natural environment.

The role emphasizes family-centered coaching, flexible scheduling, and potential eligibility for health benefits for part-time staff. Prior EI experience and bilingual skills are advantages.

Formación

• California Speech Language Pathology license is required.
• Pediatric EI experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide speech therapy services using the Parent Coaching Model (Rush & Sheldon).
• Follow each child’s IFSP and work with families to set goals and strategies.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and skills and ensure progress generalization.
• Deliver services in the child’s natural environment (homes, daycare centers, community settings).
• Provide re-assessments and bi-annual progress reports.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
