Job summary

Help At Home, LLC is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities, helping them live as independently as possible.

As a DSP in Indiana, you’ll assist with daily living skills, encourage participation in social activities, document care, and collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, quality support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background check and required training.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance (primary or secondary).
• Ability to work safely and respectfully in clients’ homes and communities.
• Compassion, reliability, and a desire to make a positive impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community.
• Assist with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, or transportation.
• Encourage participation in social and community activities.
• Help individuals achieve personal goals and celebrate progress.
• Document care, activities, and progress.
• Communicate with team members to ensure quality support.
