Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background check and required training.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance.
• Ability to work safely and respectfully in clients’ homes and communities.
• Compassion, reliability, and a desire to make a positive impact.

Responsibilities

• Providing one-on-one support to individuals in their homes and communities.
• Assisting with daily living skills such as personal care, meal prep, and mobility.
• Encouraging participation in social and community activities.
• Documenting care, activities, and progress for team communication.
• Collaborating with the care team to ensure consistent, quality support.
