Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities in homes and communities
• Assist with daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, personal care, transportation)
• Encourage participation in social and community activities
• Document care, activities, and progress accurately
• Communicate with team members to ensure consistent, quality support
