Job summary

OneWell Health Care seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide person-centered services to individuals with IDD in residential, community, and home-based settings. You will support daily living activities, implement ISPs, and assist with health and safety while advocating for client rights and privacy.

The role requires strong documentation, teamwork with families and clinical staff, and adherence to NJ regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with IDD or human services is preferred.
• Willingness to complete required training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered support to individuals with IDD in residential, community, and home-based settings.
• Implement ISPs and behavior support plans; monitor health or behavior; respond to emergencies.
• Document services accurately and timely; complete daily documentation and incident reports.
