Good Samaritan in De Smet, SD is hiring a Nursing Assistant (NA) to provide resident-centered care in a long-term care setting. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor resident condition, and support the nursing team under RN supervision.

The role requires CNA certification or enrollment in a training program, and a high school diploma or GED. Flexible shifts, with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, are available for qualifying full- or part-time positions.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required or in process.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum age 16; prior long-term care experience preferred.
• Annual continuing education requirements implemented by department.

Responsabilités

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and document vital signs.
