Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Mount Holly, NJ, seeks a BCBA to supervise BTs/RBTs, oversee a small caseload, and deliver hands-on behavior analytic guidance. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role with no weekend or late-night shifts.

You will review session data with staff and families, adjust treatment plans, lead team meetings, and consult families on concerns, with strong administrative support from a Clinical Manager.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree as required for BCBA licensure and practice.
• BCBA certification verified by Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Experience with ABA data collection and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions with staff and families; adjust treatment plans.
• Supervise by observing and conducting team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult families regarding treatment, behavior modification, and staff concerns.
