Carelinks ABA in Santa Fe, NM is seeking BCBA clinicians for full- and part-time roles to lead treatment plans, mentor RBTs, and partner with families to drive meaningful change in kids’ lives.

Work is flexible with in-home, community, and hybrid options; you’ll document, review data, and collaborate with schools while enjoying supportive leadership and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication and organization.
• Reliable transportation for in-home/community sessions.

Responsibilities

• Complete FBAs and skills assessments
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans
• Review data and adjust programming as needed
• Document session notes, reports, and supervision in CentralReach
• Provide coaching, modeling, and feedback to RBTs
• Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and outside providers
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical development
• Ensure services meet ethical and payer standards
• Maintain 25 direct billable hours per week (for full-time employment)
