Carelinks ABA is expanding and seeking BCBAs (PT and FT) who care about meaningful work with kids and families. We offer flexible roles, supportive leadership, and child-centered care in homes and community settings, with options for in-home, community, and hybrid service delivery.

As a BCBA with Carelinks, you’ll oversee treatment plans, mentor RBTs, collaborate with families and schools, and maintain clear documentation while delivering ethical, high-quality clinical care that feels human and

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected to the team.
• Reliable transportation for in-home/community sessions.

Responsibilities

• Complete FBAs and skills assessments.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Review data and adjust programming as needed.
• Document session notes, reports, and supervision in CentralReach.
• Provide coaching, modeling, and feedback to RBTs.
• Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and outside providers.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical development.
• Ensure services meet ethical and payer standards.
• Maintain 25 direct billable hours per week (for full-time employment).
