Job summary

Carelinks ABA in North Liberty, IA is seeking BCBA clinicians for both part‑time and full‑time roles to support kids and families with meaningful, human‑centered care. You will oversee treatment plans, mentor RBTs, and partner with families in a flexible, child‑focused setting.

You’ll manage data, contribute to treatment decisions, and collaborate with caregivers and schools across in‑home, community, and hybrid services. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; reliable follow‑through.

Responsibilities

• Complete FBAs and skills assessments.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Review data and adjust programming as needed.
• Document session notes, reports, and supervision in CentralReach.
• Provide coaching, modeling, and feedback to RBTs.
• Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and outside providers.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical development.
• Ensure services meet ethical and payer standards.
• Maintain 25 direct billable hours per week (for full‑time employment).
