Job summary

Carelinks ABA is growing and we’re seeking BCBAs (PT and FT) who genuinely care about meaningful work with kids and families. You’ll oversee treatment plans, mentor RBTs, and partner with families to create practical, human-centered change in home and community settings.

We offer flexible scheduling, caseload autonomy, and options for in-home, community, and hybrid services. Expect supportive leadership and ongoing clinical development.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Strong communication and organization needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete FBAs and skills assessments.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Review data and adjust programming as needed.
• Document session notes, reports, and supervision in CentralReach.
• Provide coaching, modeling, and feedback to RBTs.
• Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and outside providers.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical development.
• Ensure services meet ethical and payer standards.
• Maintain 25 direct billable hours per week (for full-time employment).
