Job summary

Carelinks ABA is seeking BCBAs (PT and FT) to provide meaningful, child-centered ABA services in homes and community settings. You will oversee treatment plans, mentor RBTs, and collaborate with families to create practical, lasting change.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, supportive leadership, and opportunities to grow clinically. In-home, community, and hybrid service options are available to fit your life and caseload preferences.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected to the team.
• Reliable transportation for in-home/community sessions.

Responsibilities

• Complete FBAs and skills assessments
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans
• Review data and adjust programming as needed
• Document session notes, reports, and supervision in CentralReach
• Provide coaching, modeling, and feedback to RBTs
• Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and outside providers
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical development
• Ensure services meet ethical and payer standards
• Maintain 25 direct billable hours per week (for full-time employment)
