Job summary

Carelinks ABA is expanding and seeking BCBAs for both part-time and full-time roles who truly care about helping kids and families. We prioritize supportive, reliable communication and keeping the child’s needs at the center of every decision.

As a BCBA with Carelinks, you’ll oversee treatment plans, mentor your RBT team, and partner with families to create meaningful, practical change. We maintain organized systems and clear communication so you can focus on high-quality clinical care that

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected to the team.
• Reliable transportation for in-home/community sessions.

Responsibilities

• Complete FBAs and skills assessments.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Review data and adjust programming as needed.
• Document session notes, reports, and supervision in CentralReach.
• Provide coaching, modeling, and feedback to RBTs.
• Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and outside providers.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical development.
• Ensure services meet ethical and payer standards.
• Maintain 25 direct billable hours per week (for full-time employment)
