Carelinks ABA is growing and seeking BCBA clinicians to oversee treatment plans, mentor RBTs, and partner with families to drive meaningful change. The role offers flexible in-home, community, and hybrid service delivery with a focus on human, supportive clinical care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and master’s degree are required.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through are essential.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected to the team.
• Reliable transportation for in-home and community sessions is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete FBAs and skills assessments.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Review data and adjust programming as needed.
• Document session notes, reports, and supervision in CentralReach.
• Provide coaching, modeling, and feedback to RBTs.
• Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and outside providers.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical development.
• Ensure services meet ethical and payer standards.
• Maintain 25 direct billable hours per week for full-time employment.
