Job summary

Carelinks ABA is expanding its clinical team in Cedar Rapids and surrounding areas. We seek compassionate BCBAs to oversee treatment plans, mentor RBTs, and partner with families to drive meaningful progress in homes and community settings.

Our model supports flexible scheduling and caseload autonomy, with opportunities for in-home, community, and hybrid service delivery. A human-centric, collaborative environment emphasizes clear communication and ethical practice.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected to the team.

Responsibilities

• Complete FBAs and skills assessments.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Review data and adjust programming as needed.
• Document session notes, reports, and supervision in CentralReach.
• Provide coaching, modeling, and feedback to RBTs.
• Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and outside providers.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical development.
• Maintain 25 direct billable hours per week (full-time).
