Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA to lead and supervise ABA services, design and oversee individualized behavior plans, and mentor RBTs and staff.

You will work closely with families to implement effective interventions in home, school, and community settings. You’ll analyze data, ensure ethical practice per BACB standards, and travel to client locations as needed to deliver high-quality care and support.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA или BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, family members, and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans to ensure success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
