Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA or BCaBA to join a mission-driven team dedicated to ethical, person-centered ABA services. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise assistants and RBTs, and ensure high-quality care in diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA/BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Related degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor and assist up to 50 lbs.
• Create PBS-based systems to meet needs and improve quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, family members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
