Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA or BCaBA to lead behavioral interventions, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality ABA services across home, school, and community settings.

You will design treatment plans, supervise RBTs and analysts, collaborate with families, and analyze data to drive measurable progress while upholding BACB ethics and PBS policies. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BCBA/BCaBA certification required and in good standing with BACB.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50lbs.
• Create systems applying PBS principles to meet needs and improve quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Providing supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implementing ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborating with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyzing data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensuring compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
