Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA to join our team, delivering high-quality ABA services in home, school, or community settings. You will design and supervise behavior intervention plans, mentor RBTs and students, and ensure ethical practice under BACB guidelines.

The role emphasizes family collaboration, data-driven decisions, and ongoing professional growth through mentorship, CEUs, and a supportive work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience designing and supervising behavior intervention plans.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations and work independently or as part of a team.
• Commitment to ethical, person-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor team members including RBTs and students.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data and adjust plans to ensure outcomes for client and family.
• Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines and PBS policies.
