Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our mission-driven team. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise RBTs and staff, and ensure high-quality ABA services for clients and families.

You will collaborate with families and professionals, analyze data, and mentor colleagues while adhering to BACB ethical guidelines and PBS policies. Flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB in good standing.
• Local/state licensure and credentialing requirements apply to all roles.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Create PBS-based solutions to meet client and family needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and PBS policies.
