Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and oversee ABA programs, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality services. You will supervise RBTs and staff, conduct FBAs, and tailor interventions to each client while maintaining ethical BACB guidelines.

The role supports families and communities, offering growth, mentorship, and access to PBS resources, with emphasis on work-life balance and professional development.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings with focus on behavior reduction and skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans for client and family.
