Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to lead high-quality ABA services and mentor staff. You will design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans, supervise RBTs and analysts, and ensure ethical clinical practice across diverse settings.

This full-time role offers mentorship, CEU resources, and travel to client locations. Strong leadership, communication, and data-driven decision making are essential to improve quality of life for families

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to travel to client locations and supervise staff.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and caregivers.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data and adjust plans to improve outcomes and quality of life.
• Ensure ethical compliance with BACB and PBS policies.
