Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team dedicated to ethical, person-centered ABA services.

You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise and mentor assistants and RBTs, and ensure high-quality care for clients across home, school, or community settings. You will collaborate with families and professionals, analyze data, and adapt plans to promote meaningful skill gains while upholding BACB ethics and PBS

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree.
• All roles are subject to local and state requirements related to licensure, credentialing and certification.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, including PBS employees, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction, skill acquisition and generalization.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans to ensure success for client and family.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
